How do I create a resume?
Open the app and tap "Start from Scratch" to create a new resume using our step-by-step wizard. Fill in your contact details, experience, education, and skills. You can also import an existing resume by uploading a PDF file.
How does AI tailoring work?
Open a resume and tap "AI Tools", then select "Tailor". Paste the job posting you're applying to, and our AI will rewrite your resume bullets, summary, and skills to match the job requirements and optimize for ATS systems.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > CVFit > Cancel.
Web: Go to Settings in the app and click "Manage Subscription".
Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the app and go to the paywall screen. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore your premium access if you have an active subscription.
Can I export my resume as PDF?
Yes. Open your resume and tap the export/share button. Free users get PDF export with a small watermark. Premium users get clean, watermark-free PDF exports.
What is an ATS score?
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is software used by employers to filter resumes. Our ATS score (0-100) analyzes how well your resume matches a job posting and provides suggestions to improve your chances of getting past these automated filters.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers. We never sell your personal information. AI processing is done through secure API calls, and providers do not use your data for training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first through your Apple ID settings.
